This Payment and Returns Policy outlines the payment methods accepted by Coco Garden Supply LLC, our delivery fee structure, return and refund procedures, and order cancellation process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
1.1 Current Payment Options
Coco Garden Supply currently accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of delivery. Our delivery driver will collect payment and provide a receipt.
- Invoice / Pay on Delivery: For online orders, we will contact you to confirm the order and arrange payment upon delivery.
- Check: Business checks are accepted for commercial accounts with approved credit terms. Personal checks may be accepted at our discretion.
- Wire Transfer / ACH: Available for commercial and large bulk orders. Banking details will be provided upon request.
1.2 Future Payment Options
We are in the process of adding online payment processing to provide a more convenient checkout experience. The following payment methods will be available soon:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe secure payment processing.
- PayPal: Pay using your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
- Square: For in-person and point-of-sale transactions.
All online payment processing will be handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
1.3 Commercial Payment Terms
Established commercial accounts may qualify for extended payment terms:
- Net 30: Payment due within 30 days of invoice date. Available for annual contract clients with approved credit.
- Net 15: Payment due within 15 days of invoice date. Available for recurring commercial orders.
- Prepayment: Required for new commercial accounts until credit is established (typically after 3 successful orders).

2. Pricing and Taxes
2.1 Product Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices for bagged products are per unit (per bag). Bulk products (sold by the cubic yard) are quoted individually based on quantity, product type, and delivery location.
2.2 Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order has been confirmed by our team, the quoted price will be honored for that order. Quotes for bulk orders are valid for the period stated in the quote (typically 7 to 14 days).
2.3 Sales Tax
Florida state sales tax and applicable local taxes will be added to your order as required by law. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid Florida tax exemption certificate before the order is processed. Send your exemption certificate to info@cocogardensupply.com.
3. Delivery Fees
3.1 Delivery Fee Structure
Delivery fees vary based on the size of your order and the distance from our facility in Miami, FL. The following general guidelines apply:
- Bag Orders (small quantities): Delivery fees are calculated based on weight and distance. Fees will be communicated when we confirm your order.
- Pallet Orders: Standard delivery fee applies. Contact us for current rates to your area.
- Bulk Orders (20+ cubic yards): Delivery is included in most bulk quotes. The delivery cost is factored into the per-cubic-yard price based on your location.
- Large Project Orders (100+ cubic yards): Delivery is included. Multi-drop delivery available at no additional per-drop charge for orders over 100 cubic yards within the same county.
3.2 Delivery Zones

Exact delivery fees for your order will be provided when we confirm your order or respond to your quote request. We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
3.3 Free Delivery
Free delivery may be available for large orders or as part of promotional offers. Free delivery eligibility is determined based on order value, volume, and delivery location. Check our current promotions or ask when you request a quote.
4. Order Cancellation
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Before Order Preparation: Orders may be cancelled at no charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been prepared or loaded for delivery.
- After Order Preparation: If materials have already been prepared, loaded, or are in transit, the order cannot be cancelled. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply at our discretion.
- Custom Orders: Custom soil blends and special orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
To cancel an order, call us immediately at (305) 960-7682. Email cancellation requests may not be processed in time to prevent delivery.
4.2 Cancellation by Coco Garden Supply
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock shortage
- Pricing errors on the website
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify order or payment information
- Delivery location outside our service area
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any amounts already paid.
5. Returns
5.1 General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (mulch, compost, soil, wood chips, and other landscaping materials), we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and unloaded. Landscaping materials are perishable goods that cannot be resold once they leave our facility.
5.2 Exceptions
We will accept returns or provide replacements in the following situations:
- Wrong Product: If we delivered a product different from what was ordered, we will replace it at no charge.
- Damaged Product: If bags are torn, contaminated, or otherwise damaged upon delivery, we will replace the damaged units.
- Quality Issue: If the product does not meet the quality standards described on our website (e.g., excessive debris, incorrect color), we will investigate and provide a replacement or credit.
All return or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain the product and, if possible, take photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
5.3 How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
- Our team will review your request and respond within one business day.
- If approved, we will arrange for replacement delivery or issue a credit/refund as appropriate.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following situations:
- Order cancelled before preparation (full refund)
- Order cancelled by Coco Garden Supply due to unavailability (full refund)
- Damaged or incorrect product that cannot be replaced (full or partial refund)
- Overcharge or billing error (refund of excess amount)
6.2 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Cash Payments: Refunded by check mailed to your address, or credit applied to a future order at your preference.
- Check Payments: Refunded by company check within 10 business days.
- Credit Card Payments (future): Refunded to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
- Wire/ACH Payments: Refunded via wire or ACH transfer within 10 business days.
6.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Delivery fees for orders that were successfully delivered
- Products that were used, spread, or otherwise consumed after delivery
- Custom soil blends prepared to your specifications
- Orders returned or reported more than 24 hours after delivery
